Personal Note

I am happily married with three children (all boys! ages 18, 5, and 2). My family life (especially now!) keeps me very busy and what free time I have I spend playing with you guys, reading, and enjoying my other hobbies. I work no more than I have too in order to spend maximum time with my family and friends (no one will remember you for the hours you put in at work!) I'm a Land Rover enthusiast, I have two Discovery models and when time allows enjoy exploring their capabilities (which continues to amaze me!). I've been a long time student of military history and enjoy examining equipment and tactics employed over the years. I am the server admin for the clan and develop custom mods for the game to make a more realistic experience for our members and guests. I must say that being a part of this clan has brought me great enjoyment, great frustration, and lots of work, but I continue to thoroughly enjoy the investment. I have made friends here that I am sure will continue beyond "the game".

Personal Note

I grew up in the Marine Corps. My father was a career Marine (WWII, Korean War, Vietnam) and mercenary thereafter. (He was actually a High School teacher after the Marine corps and did Merc work on his summer breaks sometimes, so kids, be nice to your teachers, because you may not REALLY know them! He taught me how to set up a claymore mine ambush before I could ride a bike!) I enlisted in the Marine Corps on my 16th birthday on the delayed entry program and after High School graduation was in boot camp by age 17. As noted above I have served all over the world and was highly involved with the USMC Scout/Sniper program and small arms use and development in general. I have taught FBI/DEA/ATF agents in combat handgun and automatic weapon use, conducted weapons demonstrations for the Secretary of the Navy and taught hundreds of Marines how to use crew served, automatic and "specialty" weapons. I have built sniper rifles, competition rifles and handguns and specialty weapons. I have been involved with weapon system evaluations and special operations around the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour in the Marine Corps and would highly recommend service in the "Corps" to anyone.
